Really tight game, we scored after a couple of minutes, a flighted ball over the top, our forward latched onto it and dinked it over the keeper. It had rained friday so pitch was very heavy and both teams had to work hard to create chances. Both teams had spells of possession in the game but chances were limited and both teams failed to capitilise. We rode some very late pressure from Vinelife to get the win!
Vinelife were a good bunch of lads and game flowed without incident. Tony was reffing as usual and despite the heavy pitch was always right up with play and decisions were spot on!
