Very muddy and very windy !
The Council had closed all the pitches in the Macclesfield area. So we agreed to switch this match to St E's pitch in Gatley as Stockport Council did not close the pitches. The pitch was playable, at first it seemed surprisingly firm but actually it was quite soggy in lots of places and became quite difficult for the players - of course the wind also made it difficult.
A match of few clear cut chances. We got the goal in the first half and managed to keep St E's out to get the win. So, despite the conditions it was right to play, first time since mid November due to postponements.
