WAFC A's attempt at the great escape took another upward turn with a 3rd straight away victory to a Div 1 side. We normally have very tight games against Rammy but today was a deserved victory in a relegation 6 pointer. 2 goals a piece from Nicky McHale and Shane Courtney, as well as a good header from Luke Ward were interspersed by a fairly fortuitous equaliser and a great penalty save (at 1-3).
We will possibly still need something from our home game next Sat to SMAFC, but we'll have no fear as we went toe to toe with them in Nov and are taking our best form of the season into the most crucial game of the season.
