Lovely morning and good game of football on a bobbly pitch. Both teams could have scored more goals but Salford deserved the victory. The rise up the table continues!

Another win for Salford who are now unbeaten in 3, the lads are all starting to pull together and grind results out. Good to see both our striker's get on the goal sheet, especially when Darren and mad Dave played a neat one two which Mad Dave finished off to get his goal he's so desired. Two more solid performances by Andy at the back on his return from injury and from Chris in the middle of the park. We also had a contender for the (in house) goal of the season. It started by another run by ferg who I may add did this all morning fed the ball out wide to Jay who then curled one in the top corner.
The only two negatives were a silly two footed tackle by one of our lads and then when the ref sent off ramsbottoms version of "supper man" for a goal line clearance with his hands (not the gk!!), this led to a spot kick which was tucked away by my good self and this sealed the victory.
Overall great game and played in the right manner.
