Both teams joined the league 3 seasons ago and have been promoted together each consecutive year, this was the final match for PCFC while Saints still have a couple to play. If PCFC took all 3 points they were definitely going up but Saints have to gain a few more points and could go up depending on Ramsbottoms results!
Both teams started nervously and at half time the score was 0-0 but not long after PCFC took the lead and a few mins later doubled the score. Saints were not going to lie down and immediately took control and got one back and it wasn't long before they drew level. With about 15 mins to go PCFC once again took the lead, this time Saints were not able to pull another back and PCFC scored again to gain promotion!
