This match was rescheduled from 13th October and played on 3G and was a shoot out for 3rd place.
Oasis started brightly and could have led in the first minute but for a good save by the Ditton keeper. OWFC were dominant in midfield and looked a threat when pushing forward but it was a last gasp save from Mark Cooley that kept Ditton out in the 10th minute.
Oasis then went up the park and debutant Adam Collins hit the bar then Paul Brush shot wide with only the keeper to beat after a great solorun past 3 defenders. However, in the 34th minute, OWFC took a deserved lead when Kev Hughes cooly shot home after good build up play from Adam Collins. 4 minutes later it was 2-0 when Kieran Butterworth played in Kev Hughes to score again.
Oasis scored a 3rd on the stroke of half time when Kev Hughes turned provider and set up Adam Collins.
Ditton started the 2nd half well and had a 10 minutes spell when they pressed OWFC back but couldn't score and 2 minutes later, Adam Collins scored from a Paul Brush pass to make it 4-0.
OWFC continued to push Ditton back and in the 74th minute, a long clearance from Mark Cooley found Adam Collins who beat 2 defenders before scoring his 3rd and our 5th. And 10 minutes later it was 6-0 when Kev Hughes also got his hat trick after good wing play by Adam Collins.
A comfortable and well deserved win for Oasis, however, it was slightly marred by persistent poor language and players having verbal battles throughout.
Good luck to Simon and his lads for remainder of season
